High-Precision Stamping & Compound Application: Equipped with servo-driven sheet feeders and optical vision inspection systems, our lines handle prime tinplate and TFS with minimal material yield loss while ensuring flawless shell formation and uniform curl geometry.

Automated Online Lining & Curing: Integrated water-based and solvent-based lining stations apply high-consistency sealing compound along the curl channel, followed by induction drying ovens to guarantee hermetic seal integrity for food, beverage, and industrial cans.

Material Selection & Performance: ETP vs. TFS Bottom Ends

ETP Bottom Ends Characteristics

Corrosion Resistance: The electroplated tin layer provides excellent sacrificial protection against acidic, salty, or sulfur-rich contents, making it the preferred choice for canned vegetables, fruits, and processed meats.

Processability: Superior ductility allows smooth countersink formation and deep profile stamping without micro-cracking the internal protective lacquers.

TFS Bottom Ends Characteristics

Superior Coating Adhesion: Chromium/chromium oxide layers form ultra-strong chemical bonds with epoxy, polyester, and organosol coatings, virtually eliminating coating delamination during retort sterilization.

Cost Efficiency: Offers a highly economical alternative for processed foods, milk powder, and industrial packaging where full internal lacquer coverage is standard.

Standard Bottom End Manufacturing Workflow

Scroll Shearing: Precision cutting of printed or lacquered metal coils/sheets into primary scroll sheets to maximize material utilization.

Shell Pressing & Curler: High-speed multi-die blanking and forming to craft the countersink, panel design, and uniform outer curl profile.

Lining & Induction Curing: Precision liquid compound injection into the curl seam, followed by rapid induction heating to set the seal.

Visual & Leak Testing: 100% online optical inspection for shell defects, combined with high-pressure air testers to reject micro-pinholes before packaging.

Easy Open Ends (EOE) Process

High-Speed EOE Conversion Lines Our facility utilizes advanced high-speed conversion presses to produce full-aperture and stay-on tab (SOT) easy-open ends with precise score depth control.

EOE Manufacturing Workflow

Bubble & Button Shell Pre-Forming: Stamping standard shells into specialized button geometries to prepare for tab attachment.

Score Lines & Tab Staking: Precise score line scoring (retaining uniform residual metal thickness) and automated tab riveting without puncturing the base metal.

Post-Repair Coating & Baking: Applying electro-statically sprayed repair lacquer over the score line to ensure 100% rust prevention and long shelf-life integrity.
