Sheets — ETP & TFS Sheets

Cut sheets are flat, precision-cut plates ready for direct feeding into traditional sheet-fed printing and coating machinery. Suitable for versatile production scheduling, multi-design printing, and flexible order sizes.

Available in straight-cut or scroll-cut plates. Widely used for printed 3-piece can bodies, fancy gift boxes, and aerosol cans.

Highly recommended in Scroll Sheet form for producing closures and end covers, maximizing material utilization and significantly reducing scrap rates.

We offer customized sheet cutting in all dimensions, supported by up to 25 scroll shearing die profiles.

Applications & Material Selection

Suitable Applications for ETP

3-Piece Can Bodies: 

Beverage cans, milk powder cans, fruit cans, and food cans. Takes advantage of ETP's excellent high-frequency electric resistance weldability.

Aerosol Cans: Insecticide sprays, air fresheners, auto paints, and shaving foams. Requires high seam strength.

Fancy Boxes & General Line:Tea tins, mooncake boxes, biscuit tins, and cosmetics packaging. Leverages bright metallic luster and premium printing finish.

Suitable Applications for TFS

Crown Caps & Closures:Beer crown caps, glass bottle twist-off caps, and sauce bottle lids. Superior lacquer adhesion prevents coating peeling.

Can Ends & Bottom Covers: Top and bottom ends for food/beverage cans where welding is not required. Substantially lowers material costs.

2-Piece Deep-Drawn Cans — DRD / DPI: Tuna cans, processed meat cans, and pet food cans. Prevents sulfide black staining and lacquer flaking during high-temperature retorting.
