0Metal Coating Process
State-of-the-Art Japanese Coating Lines
Our facility is equipped with multiple high-precision metal coating lines imported directly from Japan, integrating precision coater heads, automated thermal curing ovens, and online quality inspection systems.

Uniform Coating & Precise Film-Weight Control:
Utilizing advanced Japanese dual/triple-roll coating technology, we achieve exceptional coating uniformity with film-weight tolerance controlled strictly within ±0.2 g/m2.
Precise Temperature-Controlled Curing Ovens:
Featuring multi-zone temperature-controlled curing ovens, ensuring coatings are fully cured along optimal temperature profiles (180∘C−210∘C) to guarantee peak adhesion and flexibility.
Types of Coatings & Applications
Internal Protective Lacquering
Widely applied to internal surfaces of general food cans, providing excellent acid and corrosion resistance.

Organosol & Deep-Drawing Coatings:
Tailored for TFS/ETP DRD cans and Easy-Open Ends [EOE], offering remarkable coating toughness that resists cracking during severe stamping and drawing.
BPA-NI — Bisphenol A Non-Intent Coatings:
Complies with the latest EU and US FDA food contact regulations, specifically formulated for high-end food and milk powder packaging exported to Western markets.
External Decorative & Base Coatings
White Base Coat / White Primer:
Provides a high-whiteness, ultra-flat substrate for 4-color process printing, ensuring vibrant and accurate color reproduction.

Clear / Gold Lacquer:
Applied over ETP surfaces to preserve and enhance its brilliant metallic sheen, giving products a premium look.
Overprint Varnish — Glossy, Matte, Tactile:
Post-printing topcoat protection available in high-gloss, matte, or tactile finishes, delivering superior scratch and abrasion resistance.
