High-Efficiency Multi-Color Printing:

Our 5-color and 4-color high-speed presses enable precise, single-pass multi-color printing for intricate designs, significantly boosting production efficiency and minimizing registration tolerance.

Flexible Scheduling & Spot Color Expertise:

Our 2-color presses offer exceptional flexibility, specifically dedicated to spot colors, white base coating, and short-run sampling, perfectly catering to versatile custom orders.

Printing Process: ETP vs. TFS

ETP Printing Characteristics

Metallic Sheen Utilization:
With its bright pure-tin layer, ETP allows direct clear/gold lacquering to achieve a premium metallic sheen, making it ideal for fancy gift boxes, tea tins, and aerosol cans.

White Base Coating:
For high-fidelity 4-color process printing, a layer of white base coat or white ink is applied first to establish a pure background.

TFS Printing Characteristics

Mandatory Base Coating:
TFS features a metallic chrome layer with a bluish-gray tone and no tin luster. TFS requires mandatory 100% base coating or lacquering prior to printing; direct printing on bare TFS is strictly avoided.

Unmatched Lacquer Adhesion:
The chromium oxide layer on TFS exhibits exceptional chemical affinity with printing inks and overvarnishes. Post-baking adhesion is noticeably superior to ETP, ensuring zero paint flaking or cracking during deep drawing or crown cap stamping.

Standard Metal Printing Workflow

Base Coating / White Primer:
Applying internal protective lacquer, gold coating, or white base coat according to design specs, followed by high-temperature oven curing.

Multi-Color Offset Printing:
Registration Precision ≤0.05mm
High-precision pattern printing utilizing Fuji 5-color/4-color presses, achieving ultra-tight color registration accuracy.

Overvarnishing & Curing:
Applying glossy, matte, or tactile overvarnish followed by high-temp baking [180°C–210°C], providing outstanding scratch, abrasion, and corrosion resistance
